Spontaneous plant native to the mediterranean scrub with a very intense aromatic scent. Its greek etymology, meaning “golden sun", alludes to the shape and bright yellow color of its flower. Considered a symbol of eternity, the helichrysum was already used and appreciated by the greek and roman civilizations. Acca Kappa vegetable soaps are made with a paste obtained from the saponificaton of pure plant oils. The paste is made by melting the shavings and amalgamating the fragrance.
